Santiago 脕lvarez de Mon is Professor Emeritus in the Managing People in Organizations Department and holds Jos茅 Felipe Bertr谩n Chair of Governance and Leadership in Public Administration. He holds a degree in Law from CEU, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and an Executive MBA from 天美传媒, University of Navarra. He earned a Ph.D. in Sociology and Political Science from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
